I am a new boater and thankfully everyone was patient with me. They were nice and polite and helped me when I needed it. I still have a lot to learn and with their help I am off to a good start. Thank you to Kate, Zach and Adam. Sorry if we tested your limits but you seemed to take everything in stride. I got a nice slip and I like the marina. I have a couple issues with the boat but that is expected since it was not new. Can't blame the employees for that. I used to be a home inspector but did not know there were boat inspectors. Live & learn. Thank god no issue is all that bad. One just happened the day we picked up the boat and I know it worked before. The water house pump stopped. The other is an old battery. I thought there was a third with the bilge pump not turning off but Adam figured it out while his family was waiting. That is great service everyone should provide. Your employer should be proud of you.I imagine I will be learning for a while. Thank you to everyone again.

Im a first time boat buyer, and I even bought it over the internet, (buying a used boat, unseen and on the internet, it can be a scary proposition)

I must say, I had an awesome experience working with Kate. She was very attentive to all of my questions and her responses were always timely.

The boat was exactly as described and performed perfectly.

Ken was also very helpful getting me extra accessories when I asked and also answered many of my questions as well.

I hope to have this boat for a long time, but when I look for my next one, I will be sure to look at Spring Brook Marina first.
