Sandbar Outing

Sandbars are shallow spots within a body of water. Sandbars usually hit that sweet spot where kids can find places shallow enough to touch the bottom, while still having enough water to swim in. Even if you don’t have kids, sandbars are still a great place for pontoon owners to drop anchor and hold a party. 

Host a Board Game Tournament

On most vessels, a lack of space and the rocking of the boat would make organizing a game night difficult. Pontoon boats, on the other hand, are perfect for this kind of activity. If you need more surface space, just set up a portable table. You can pick one game for everyone to play, or pack along a variety of choices. 

Go On a Fishing Trip

While pontoon boats are not the only type of vessel that you can use for fishing, they’re probably the most comfortable!
